It’s hard to review this product, since you cannot pinpoint it as the single reason for improving your health. On the other hand, this Nature’s Bounty product doesn’t give me fish burps, unlike other brands I have tried.
And I received the Omega 3 – Omega 6 product, so I am not sure that the previous reviewer is right.
I buy this exact product locally for almost double the price. Now I realize why this listed price is much lower for this product. It is not the Omega 3 & 6 as described and pictured. Instead, it is simply Omega 3.
If you’re looking for an Omega 3, 1200 mg (1 softgel = 1 serving size), go for it.
